Please help me congratulate the next recipient of the HES Red Hawk Hero award! The Red Hawk hero award goes to a staff member who exemplifies the characteristics of a hero. Our next recipient is Sandy Twombly, our student success liaison.
Her nomination read: In the last almost 2 years I have worked here she shows up everyday with a positive; it is a new day, attitude. She will drop everything in a second if anyone needs her. When a day may seem to be falling all around she never shows any emotion other than patience and understanding for the kids and staff members. The way she speaks to children is so uplifting to hear. She makes them all feel seen, heard and accepted. She is committed to her job and perseveres through many situations and obstacles. Our school would not be as efficient without her and her ideas. We have an immediate opening for a morning route driver (2 hours/day-6:00am to 8:00am) with options for more hours with subbing and activity trip driving.
We pay $20/hour and we will do all necessary training.
A class A or B CDL with school bus and passenger endorsements is required and we will do everything we can to help you get licensed and pay costs associated with upgrading your license and you will get paid training.
