Greetings Red Hawk Parents and/or Guardians,

We will attempt to make this process as painless as possible with a drive-thru approach in the bus loading zone area. You will simply pull up and we will guide you through four stations (device/charger check-in, library book and textbook check-in, school-owned band instrument drop off, and art project pick-up). Please arrive with your student’s Chromebook fully charged, as you will be asked to open the laptop and turn it on. In addition, please make sure that your student’s name is on the device and charger. It is imperative that all Chromebooks are returned to the school so that our technology department can provide updates and maintenance, ensuring that they are ready to go for students at the beginning of next school year.
Again, thank you for your continued support and cooperation as we plan for the end of the school year. If you have any questions or concerns, please email me atkgatz@usd415.org.
Best Regards,
Mrs. Gatz, HMS Principal
